    By applying you agree to the program rules above: no paid ads without our written approval, never bidding on our brand name (add it as a negative keyword), no coupon or deal sites, and no self-referrals. Commission is payable 30 days after each month ends, and refunds and chargebacks are deducted from your next payout.

    Questions

    How much do I earn?
    30% of what each customer you refer pays us, excluding tax, every month they stay a paying customer. Free-trial days don't earn commission; it starts once they pay.
    How long after someone clicks my link do I get credit?
    60 days. If they sign up within 60 days of clicking your link, they are credited to you. Last click wins: if they later click another partner's link, that partner gets the credit.
    When and how do I get paid?
    Commission is added up for each calendar month and becomes payable 30 days after that month ends (so October's commission is paid from the end of November). We pay by bank transfer or PayPal once your application is approved and your payout details are on file.
    What happens if a customer I referred gets a refund or files a chargeback?
    The commission you earned on that payment is deducted from your next payout. If a deduction is bigger than that payout, the rest comes off the payouts after it. Your payout never goes below zero.
    Is there a minimum payout?
    No. Whatever you earned in a month is paid for that month, less any refund or chargeback deductions.
    Can I refer myself, my company or my team?
    No. Self-referrals are not credited. That includes your own account, your own company, your employer, your team members, and accounts that share your billing details. Signups from your company email domain are not credited.
    Can I run ads to promote my link?
    Not without our written approval, on any ad network. Never bid on "Agent Sophia" or any variation of our brand name, and add it as a negative keyword to any search campaign you run. No coupon or deal sites, and don't publish discount codes we haven't given you. Content, newsletters, communities, videos, social posts and recommending us to clients are all welcome.
    What happens if a partner breaks these rules?
    We may remove a partner who breaks them. Commission stops from the moment a partner is removed, including on customers they referred earlier.
    Can the commission terms change?
    We may change commission terms for future referrals with 30 days' notice. Customers you've already referred keep the terms they were referred under.
    What about large accounts?
    Accounts above 50 seats or enterprise deals may be on custom terms. We'll agree them with you before the deal closes.
    Where do I see my referrals and earnings?
    In your partner portal: your referral link, the customers you referred, what they pay, and your pending and paid commission.
