Your account

You are responsible for your account, for the accounts you connect, and for all activity under your workspace. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

Acceptable use

• You will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/ePrivacy) and the terms of any platform you connect (including LinkedIn and your email provider).
• You will only contact people you have a lawful basis to contact, will honor unsubscribe and opt-out requests, and will include required sender identification and a physical mailing address in commercial email.
• You will not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive outreach, or to send malware or illegal content.

You are solely responsible for the content of messages you send through the Service.

AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to assist with drafting and research. AI output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing messages before they are sent and for the decisions you make using the Service.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice for future terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Sophia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
