Agent Sophia ("Agent Sophia", "we", "us") provides an AI-assisted sales outreach platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account data — your name, email, and workspace details when you sign up.
• Connected-account data — when you connect a LinkedIn, email (Gmail/Outlook), or calendar account, we access and store the tokens and the messages/contacts needed to run outreach and surface replies on your behalf.
• Prospect/contact data — contact records you import, search for, or that reply to your campaigns (name, role, company, public profile URL, email, and message content).
• Usage data — log, device, and product-interaction data used to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

• To operate outreach campaigns, draft and send messages you authorize, and surface replies.
• To provide analytics, enrichment, and AI-assisted features.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted sub-processors to deliver the service (for example, cloud hosting, AI model providers, email/LinkedIn connectivity, and payment processing). They process data only on our instructions and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

Google / Microsoft API data

When you connect a Google or Microsoft account, Agent Sophia's use of information received from those APIs adheres to the respective API Services User Data Policies, including the Limited Use requirements. We use that access only to provide the features you enable (sending and reading email/calendar on your behalf) and never to train generalized AI models.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data. You can export or delete your workspace data from Settings → Privacy & Data, or contact us using the details below. You may disconnect any integration at any time from My Connections.

Data retention & security

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use industry- standard safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest.
